Shipping

Shipping is international by its very nature, bridging continents, time zones and cultures in the pursuit of trade and commerce.

Our shipping practice has a strong international element, with clients drawn from all parts of the globe, including ship-owners, charterers, insurers and P&I clubs. We have close links with several of the major clubs, including Steamship Mutual, Thomas Miller and Gard.

Based in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, we provide advice and support in all types of transaction or dispute relating to shipping, international trade and transportation. We also work closely with colleagues in other offices, especially in the key centres of London, Doha and Hong Kong.
