Real estate tax

Real estate transactions are becoming increasingly sophisticated, from indirect investment structures (including property derivatives) to complex regeneration schemes.

Real estate tax legislation is changing fast and the range of international fund vehicles requires a rethink of conventional ownership structures. Financing techniques are also key. An understanding of international real estate structures is essential to identify the tax implications and minimise costs wherever possible.

How can we help?

Our real estate tax team will identify the issues and find practical solutions. We work with our international real estate, planning, regulatory and finance colleagues to deliver a joined-up approach from the initial structuring advice to the final sign-off on documents.
