Experienced lawyers in Iran
Our Iran team has been acting for clients in Iran and in relation to Iran for over thirty years. Our work includes non-contentious and contentious advice for international entities conducting business in Iran, private Iranian entities and the Iranian State and State-owned entities. In parallel, and notably since the relaxation of economic sanctions in January 2016, we have advised numerous foreign companies on doing business in Iran and with Iranian entities, including on the impact of remaining sanctions, international compliance, forms of corporate presence in Iran for private and public sectors, available investment protection instruments and financing/tax structuring schemes. Our longstanding and uninterrupted work in Iran means that we have excellent connections with the most prominent local Iranian law firms and numerous organisations, both public and private.
