Carlo is a senior associate in our corporate and commercial practice, based in our Riyadh office. His primary focus is mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and he has experience in transactional work including cross-border M&A, private equity, and corporate governance matters. Carlo advises clients in a variety of sectors, with particular experience working in the TMT, consumer and logistics sectors.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Carlo worked as a legal consultant in the corporate department of BonelliErede and as an associate in the corporate department of Meysan Partners.
