Mostafa is a principal associate in the litigation and dispute management practice in the Riyadh office.

Mostafa advises clients on all forms of commercial disputes before local courts and arbitration tribunals, handling financial crime cases and internal investigations.

Previously, Mostafa served eight years as a prosecutor for the Egyptian government and worked for in-house legal departments and private practices.

Mostafa has an LLB from Ain Shams University and an LLM from Indiana University. He is admitted to the Egyptian Bar and is qualified as a Foreign Solicitor in the UK.

Mostafa is fluent in Arabic and English.
