Your information will be held by Eversheds Sutherland. Eversheds Sutherland is the collective name and brand under which the members of Eversheds Sutherland Limited (Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP) and their respective controlled, managed and affiliated firms and the member of Eversheds Sutherland (Europe) Limited (each an “Eversheds Sutherland Entity” and together the “Eversheds Sutherland Entities”) provide legal or other services to clients around the world. By providing us with your information you are consenting to us using your information as set out in this notice. Your information will be used to provide you with information and services that you request from us, deal with enquiries that you may make, to enable us to provide you with information that we feel may be of interest to you; for the purpose of compliance with applicable laws and regulations, or to defend ourselves in claims under such laws, for legal, administrative and management purposes and for other legitimate business interests.

Information that you provide may be shared with Eversheds Sutherland Entities around the world and our service providers, insurers and regulators. This may involve transferring your information cross border, such as from the EEA to jurisdictions outside the EEA where the law may provide less protection for personal information. In addition we may disclose your information to third parties where you have consented for us to do so, we are under a legal, regulatory or professional obligation to do so, or, where we merge, reorganise or transfer all or part of our business we may disclose information to successors of the business.

Confidentiality - Consent to share information for conflicts checking

Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP is integrating its conflict checking process with Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. In certain circumstances, this will involve information relating to clients from all Eversheds Sutherland Entities being shared with the conflict checking team at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP.
