Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Eversheds Sutherland (U.S.) LLP are members of Eversheds Sutherland Limited, a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales, with registered number 10501301 and with its registered office at Two New Bailey, 6 Stanley Street, Salford, United Kingdom, M3 5GX. Eversheds Sutherland Limited does not, directly or indirectly, provide legal or other services to clients. Its purpose is to act as a coordinating entity for its members.

Eversheds Sutherland is the name and brand under which the members of Eversheds Sutherland Limited (Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Eversheds Sutherland (U.S.) LLP) and their respective controlled, managed and affiliated firms (except Konexo Malaysia SDN BHD and Konexo Singapore PTE LTD) and the members of Eversheds Sutherland (Europe) Limited and Eversheds Sutherland (Africa) Limited (each an “Eversheds Sutherland Entity” and together the “Eversheds Sutherland Entities”) provide legal or other services to clients around the world.

The members of Eversheds Sutherland Limited operate and carry on business as independent, separate and autonomous legal entities. They are not one international or global partnership and the members of Eversheds Sutherland Limited are not legal partners with each other. Therefore, no Eversheds Sutherland Entity is responsible for the acts or omissions of, nor has any authority to obligate or otherwise bind, any other Eversheds Sutherland Entity or Eversheds Sutherland Limited. Similarly, Eversheds Sutherland Limited does not in any way manage or control any Eversheds Sutherland Entity and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of, nor has any authority to obligate or otherwise bind, any Eversheds Sutherland Entity.

Each Eversheds Sutherland Entity provides legal services in particular jurisdictions and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales provides complaints and redress mechanisms which are available to clients if Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP is not able to resolve a complaint. Lawyers/Attorneys in the international offices of Eversheds Sutherland Entities are subject to regulation in the different jurisdictions in which they practice.
