Javier Ibáñez is a partner at Eversheds of the Real Estate and Finance Department. He is Deputy Chairman and member of the Board at Eversheds International.

Javier has a wide experience in the design, structuring and implementation of complex real estate investment operations including aspects like tax, commercial and financing.

He has a Law degree from the Autónoma University of Madrid and Master's Degree in Tax Law from the IE Business Institute. He is a Professor of the Master's Degree in Legal Consultancy at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles and a frequent contributor to the IE Business Institute.
