Tobias Valentin is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Management practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Hamburg and Munich.
His area of advice covers all aspects of commercial litigation.
In particular, he provides trade law advice regarding the enforcement and defence of disputed claims.
Furthermore, Tobias Valentin advises on all questions regarding internal investigations or compliance matters as well as foreign trade law.
He is a co-author of the Heidelberg Foreign Trade Law Commentary (Heidelberger Kommentar zum Außenwirtschaftsrecht) (editors Sachs/Pelz).
Tobias Valentin studied law at the University of Bayreuth where he also obtained the additional commercial law specialist degree of "Wirtschaftsjurist (Univ. Bayreuth)". He then completed a postgraduate course at the University of Nottingham and obtained the title "LL.M. (International Commercial Law)". He completed his legal traineeship in the district of Munich Higher Regional Court. During that time, he worked for international law firms.
