Practice notes

Abigail is an Associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group. She specialises in banking and finance matters including corporate finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance, advising banks and other financial institutions (both domestic and international) in addition to large listed and private companies.

Her recent experience includes: acting for a syndicate of lenders in relation to the refinance of a £175,000,000 facility; advising a utility company in relation to a £30,000,000 sustainability-linked loan, with targets linked to water quality and land use; and assisting a borrower in respect of a £20,000,000 amendment and restatement to a facility agreement spanning five different jurisdictions.

Abigail has spent six months on secondment in our Paris office and is currently based in the Manchester office.

She is regularly involved with CSR initiatives, including raising money as part of the Accumulator Challenge for St Ann’s Hospice and assisting with the Enabling Enterprise Programme.
