Practice notes
Frank is a partner in the Munich office of Eversheds Sutherland and Head of the German Employment and Labour Law practice group.
In this function he is responsible for advising especially international clients, in particular, with respect to reorganisations and restructuring measures, the introduction of new remuneration schemes and systems as well as transfers of undertakings and M&A transactions. In the area of restructuring he has advised several national and international companies on mass dismissals as well as secondments and negotiations with works councils in the last few years. His permanent clients include major international corporations, listed and medium-sized companies as well as banks and insurance companies which he advises in all questions concerning labour law, in particular, as regards works constitution issues. Moreover, Frank acts as a conciliation board member on various co-determination issues from time to time.
Frank is recognized for Labor and Employment Law by Best Lawyers, WirtschaftsWoche, JUVE Handbook and Legal 500.
Frank’s recent experience includes:
- Broad experience in advising US and UK clients, e.g. renowned companies operating at an international level from the aviation, IT, food and retail industries.
- Comprehensive advice on the planning and implementation of co-determination structures in co-determined and partly co-determined groups of companies.
- Advice to an internationally leading company in the IT area with respect to the establishment of a new performance-related remuneration system.
- Representation of a packaging group in the acquisition of a competitor with the subsequent integration and harmonisation of employment conditions
