Kanchan is a Principle Associate in our London Real Estate Litigation team.

She has experience in a range of commercial real estate litigation matters such as advising on vacant possession strategies, opposed and unopposed lease renewal litigation, service charge and dilapidations disputes, breaches of covenant, forfeiture and break options.

Kanchan also has experience of acting on behalf of insurers in property related professional negligence claims and advising landlords on insolvency matters such as winding up and bankruptcy proceedings and recovery of possession and rent from tenants in insolvency.

Since joining Eversheds she has worked on a number of rent review arbitrations, acting both for landlords and tenants.
