Chris is a partner in our finance group. He has extensive experience advising financial institutions, sponsors and corporate clients on a wide range of domestic and cross border leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings and general corporate banking transactions.

His recent experience includes:

  • advising private equity houses in connection with their leveraged acquisitions of UK and international businesses
  • advising a leading UK clearing bank and European debt fund providing unitranche financing in connection with the acquisition of a global IT outsourcing business
  • advising a debt fund providing senior financing in connection with the private equity backed acquisition of a global software company
  • advising portfolio companies of private equity houses on unitranche / senior / super senior refinancing facilities
