Hatem is an Senior Associate in our corporate commercial group ‎based in the Baghdad office. He is experienced in corporate ‎registrations, licensing and litigations. ‎

Hatem provides legal advice on all matters related to Iraqi ‎laws. His past experiences includes advising local and ‎international clients on matters in Iraq including joint ‎venture, outsourcing, employment, intellectual property, ‎corporate structuring, franchising, distribution, insurance ‎and investment. ‎

Hatem obtained is L.L.B from Mosul University. He is fluently ‎in English and Arabic and has limited work proficiency with ‎Georgian language. He is also qualified from the Iraqi Bar ‎Association. ‎
