Ghaleb is a Amman Partner that specializes in Corporate Commercial and Litigation Practice, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Fund Structuring, Joint Venture, Franchising and Distribution.
Ghaleb has a leading regional expertise in the Commercial and Regulatory aspects of a wide range of TMT-related transactions. He has represented operators in Jordan, Bahrain and Oman. In addition to his TMT work, Ghaleb has worked on several corporate matters including company formation and registration, fund structuring, corporate restructuring and insolvency. He is heavily involved in advising local and multinational companies on foreign investments laws and regulations.
Ghaleb structured different investment fund in Jordan, Cayman Island and BVI Island and successfully implemented such structuring plan, drafted articles and memorandum of association, shareholders agreement relating to the fund set up.
Ghaleb provides the corporate and commercial legal support needed for the funds and provide day to day legal support to best protect the interest of the funds.
Ghaleb has also advised Local, National and International Companies Operating in the Real Estate Sector. He has solid experience in the Food and Beverage Sector and advising on construction contracts, particularly FIDIC silver, gold, and red. Ghaleb worked on various policy and legal reform projects handled by the firm, including companies law, land registration, bankruptcy and liquidation, and e-government. Ghaleb has advised numerous leading multinational companies working in the renewable energy field.
Ghaleb obtained his BA in Law from The University of Jordan. Followed by an LLM in Computers and Law from Queens University of Belfast. He is a member of the Jordan Bar Association.
