Practice notes

Karim is an associate in our litigation and dispute management practice, based in Amman. He focuses on the procedural laws of Jordanian civil and criminal courts advising on commercial disputes and litigation, and advises on employment law and its related legislations. Karim also advises on drafting of employment contracts, leases, sale and purchase agreements and service contracts.

Karim trained with Eversheds Sutherland before qualification, spending time with our company commercial, litigation and dispute management practice groups. His experience in company commercial involved supporting clients with set up and registration of various companies across Jordan and advising on intellectual property rights and trademarks.
