Alfredo si occupa di diritto societario e commerciale. Fornisce assistenza ad aziende nazionali e multinazionali nel settore M&A, nella contrattualistica civile e commerciale, nella negoziazione, stesura e gestione stragiudiziale di controversie su molteplici problematiche legali relative ad un'ampia gamma di contratti commerciali aventi rilevanza nazionale ed internazionale nonché nella gestione quotidiana degli adempimenti societari.

Alfredo ha altresì maturato rilevante esperienza nell’ambito del Capital Markets collaborando con società regolamentate (società quotate, banche, SGR, SIM, SPAC) ed assistendole nella fase di quotazione.

Prima di entrare a far parte di Eversheds Stuherland, Alfredo ha collaborato con un primario studio italiano e ha trascorso un periodo di secondment presso una società quotata attiva nel settore bancario e finanziario.

Alfredo specializes in corporate and commercial law. He provides advice to domestic and multinational companies on M&A matters, contracts, negotiation, drafting of and advice on extra-judicial compositions dealing with a variety of legal issues relating to a wide range of international and domestic commercial contracts as well as day-to-day corporate matters.

Alfredo has also gained significant experience in the field of Capital Markets working with regulated companies (listed companies, banks, SGR, SIM, SPAC) and assisting them during the listing process.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Alfredo worked for an important Italian law firm and he also undertook a secondment to a listed company active in the field of banking and finance.
