Alissa is a Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland El Heni’s in the  Corporate/M&A department in Tunisia.

She assists foreign investors on strategic transactions in Tunisia and North-Africa (M&A, joint-venture…).

Alissa is currently advising industrial groups for the development of their business in Tunisia. She is also assisting various foreign companies and investment funds investing in innovative start-up over the region.

Alissa est une Collaboratrice Senior  au sein du département Corporate/M&A de Eversheds Sutherland El Heni.

Elle intervient principalement pour le compte d’investisseurs étrangers dans le cadre de  transactions stratégiques en Tunisie et en Afrique du Nord (fusions-acquisitions, joint-venture…).

Alissa conseille également des groupes industriels pour le développement de leurs activités en Tunisie et assiste des sociétés étrangères et des fonds, dans le cadre de prises de participations dans des startup innovantes de la région.
