Practice notes

Jens André has worked with M&A and other corporate legal matters since the year 2000 and has headed the M&A department at another law firm. Jens regularly assists a number of medium to large sized companies, several of which are publicly listed or held by private equity funds, and is also frequently involved in cross-border transactions.

In addition to working with general corporate matters, Jens also assists on issues related to companies with diversified ownership including corporate governance and capital raisings and serve as member of board of directors.

Jens is ranked by internationally renowned ranking institutes within Corporate / M&A.

Jens is a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2005.
