Practice notes

Helen is a partner in the occupiers team of our real estate practice group. She specialises in all types of corporate occupier real estate work, including acquisitions, sale and leasebacks, disposals and corporate transactions.

Her recent experience includes: acting for Unipart Group of Companies on the strategically important leasehold acquisition of warehouse premises in the Midlands, acting for Hozelock Group on its sale and leaseback of warehouse and manufacturing premises at Midpoint Park in Minworth and acting for Mitchells & Butlers Retail Limited on a number of out of town new build developments for use as a public house and hotel.

In the the summer of 2006 Helen and Iftkhar Ahmed led a cross-office team of in excess of 30 fee earners acting for Mitchells & Butlers Retail Limited on the package disposal of 100 plus public houses for a value in excess of £100m.

Helen has wide-ranging experience of all corporate occupier transactions.
