Examples of Aldine’s recent experience includes:

  • Advising developers across onshore wind, biomass and PV solar technology.
  • Advising on South Africa’s largest renewable energy transactions in the REIPPP from inception to Bid Submission, Financial Close and implementation.
  • Instrumental in the connection to the grid of the first 75MW under the REIPPP project in the first 4 phases – the cost of investment into this project approximately 10 Billion ZAR.
  • Project Managing all approval and regulatory processes for renewable energy and major developments.
  • Successful opposition to inappropriate mining projects.
  • Successful authorisations of petrol filling stations.
  • Successful authorisations of large scale residential developments.
  • Successful opposition to telecommunications infrastructure.
