Colin is a Partner in our tax group. He undertakes a broad range of tax work specialising primarily in corporate and real estate related taxes acting for both public and private sector clients. Colin's corporate tax experience includes advising on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations and on the tax aspects of general commercial activities.
