Rebecca is an associate in our Employment, Labour and Pensions Group. As a member of the firms education employment team, Rebecca advises higher and further education institutions and academies on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Rebecca has advised on employment tribunal claims and defends sector clients against claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, whistleblowing and unlawful deduction from wages.
Rebecca has also advised institutions on non-contentious matters including grievances, safeguarding, settlement agreements, contracts, HR policies and TUPE transfers.
Work for sector clients also includes assisting institutions with responding to student and parental complaints.
