Practice notes

Shaya is an associate in our real estate & renewable energy practice group.

She advises on the sale and transfer of commercial, residential and industrial real estate and has expertise with negotiating the sale and purchase agreement.

She is also very interested in advising in projects in the field of renewable energy. Shaya’s current projects in the renewable energy sector include advising a client on the establishment of the right of superficies for a CHP and solar panels.

Shaya is a candidate civil law notary and completed her legal education at Leiden University in 2017.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Shaya worked at Baker Mckenzie and HMK Notarissen.
