Stephanie is a Counsel in the Employment and Labour Law practice group in our Munich office.

As Certified Specialist for Employment Law, she advises national and international clients on all questions of individual and collective labour law.

Due to her many years of experience in labour and employment law, she specifically assists clients during complex restructurings and reorganisations.

Furthermore, she provides advice regarding difficult dismissal-related disputes.

In addition, advising companies in the context of disputes with works councils is one of her main areas of expertise.

Furthermore, she advises her clients on the introduction of provisions regarding workplace re-integration management and gives trainings on this matter.

Stephanie Bäurle also focuses on the drafting of tailored employment contract structures, including various policies such as provisions regarding the use of company cars. She also advises on the hiring and dismissal of managing directors and board members and prepares the relevant documents.

In addition, she has specific expertise with respect to guidelines for employment contracts, to the framework regulation for staff representation systems and to church labour law.

Stephanie studied law at the University of Augsburg. During the elective stage of her legal traineeship, she worked for a law firm in Australia. Stephanie has been working as a lawyer since 2007, initially for two interdisciplinary law firms and then for a Munich law firm specialising in labour and employment law and insurance law.
