Practice notes

Ranjit is a Principal Associate in our Real Estate Group. He handles a broad range of commercial property matters from property development, asset management and funding to acquisitions and disposals.

His recent experience includes acting on the £500 million 17 acre Paradise Circus city centre regeneration scheme in central Birmingham, acting on the £1 billion redevelopment of the Whitgift Centre, Croydon on behalf of the developer and acting on the £300 million acquisition of the National Exhibition Centre, The National Indoor Arena and the International Convention Centre.

Ranjit also manages a number of client service teams on the management of shopping centres and retail parks and acts for private developers and financial institutions on nationwide developments and investments.
