Ignacio Balañá is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A Department of Eversheds Sutherland's Madrid office. Ignacio has developed his professional career mainly as partner at Cuatrecasas and Latham & Watkins and, more recently, in Deloitte Legal. Ignacio has extensive experience in corporate law, M&A and private equity. He has advised national and international groups and private equity funds, pension and infrastructure funds in M&A, carve-outs, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and project finance processes.
