Lauren is an Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group.

Lauren has assisted clients with resolving high value and complex commercial disputes including intellectual property, breach of confidence and breach of contract claims. Lauren acts for clients in a number of sectors including Education, Infrastructure, TMT and with a particular focus on the Energy and Renewables sector.

Lauren also has experience acting for clients within our International Arbitration Group.

Lauren is actively involved in our corporate social responsibility projects. Lauren is acting as one of the lead Associates in the Firm’s largest pro bono project, working to relocate former members of the Afghan Judiciary following the 2021 removal of the coalition Government by the Taliban.

Lauren is a member of our internal Growth Forum.

Lauren is also a member of the Junior Lawyers Division and plays for our firm’s netball team.

Lauren’s recent experience includes:

  • acting for leading multinational travel and meetings program management company in intellectual property dispute
  • representing a Middle-Eastern NOC in a USD30bn ad-hoc arbitration, seated in Geneva and administered by the PCA
  • advising on contract termination provisions, assessing both the legal and commercial risks associated with terminating a contract of substantial value
