Barbara si occupa principalmente di diritto societario e commerciale. Presta assistenza e consulenza a società italiane ed estere e ha maturato esperienza in particolare nella contrattualistica civile e commerciale, atti e adempimenti societari e operazioni di M&A.

Barbara si è laureata con lode presso l’Università Sapienza di Roma nel 2017 e presso la stessa Università ha conseguito il Diploma di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali. Inoltre, prima di entrare a far parte di Eversheds, ha frequentato il Master di Secondo Livello in “Diritto e Impresa” presso la 24Ore Business School.

È abilitata all'esercizio della professione forense ed è iscritta presso l'Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano.

 

Barbara specializes in corporate and commercial matters. She regularly advises Italian and international companies working especially in corporate and commercial law, corporate deeds and day by day corporate issues and M&A transactions.

Barbara graduated cum laude in 2017 at Sapienza University of Rome, where she also obtained a certificate of specialization in legal professions.

Furthermore, before joining the Firm, she attended the Second Level Master’s degree in “Corporate and Business Law” at 24Ore    Business School.

She was admitted to the Italian bar and she is registered at the Bar Association of Milan.
