Practice notes
Yasmin is an associate in our Employment and Labour Law Practice Group. She advises national and international clients on a wide variety of employment law matters such as dismissals, working conditions and working times legislation, employment law-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, collective labour agreements and (European) works council related issues.
Recent experience:
• Advising and assisting national and international clients with respect to the changed circumstances in the workplace as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic (working from home, etc.);
• Advising and assisting a company recently established in the Netherlands on all aspects of employment law, such as the applicability of collective bargaining agreement and day-to-day employment matters;
• Providing a webinar/training to the employees (management and operations) of an international client as an introduction to Dutch employment law;
• (Virtual) litigation experience in several (individual) dismissal cases;
• Advising and assisting national and international clients with regard to redundancies in the Netherlands.
Yasmin graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2019, where she completed the Double Degree Programme in Labour Law and Company Law. She qualified as a lawyer in July 2020.
