Practice notes

Charlotte is an Associate in our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution group and is a member of Eversheds’ Inquiries and Investigations team. The group works with both private and public sector clients.

Charlotte is currently part of a nationwide team involved in an independent public inquiry, and an independent non-statutory inquiry.

Prior to joining Eversheds as an Associate, Charlotte worked at a firm specialising in Healthcare (relating to adults and children), Inquests, Internal Investigations, Public Law including Judicial Review, and Data Protection, gaining valuable experience in these areas. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in September 2016.

Charlotte is a Law and German Law, Oxford University graduate and she spent one year studying German law at Bonn University, Germany. She completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Birmingham, with Distinction.
