Practice notes

Jacob is an associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group since August 2021. He is based at Eversheds Sutherland’s Amsterdam Office. He advises on matters regarding corporate law and M&A.

Jacob graduated from Leiden University, where he studied civil law and specialized in franchise law. He also studied at the Indiana University in the United States. During his studies, Jacob gained (corporate) experience at several other well-known international law firms in Amsterdam.
