Beatrice si occupa di contrattualistica e contenzioso in ambito commerciale, per clienti multinazionali, tra i quali si possono annoverare diverse società presenti tra le prime 50 selezionate dalla rivista Fortune 500, operanti nei settori moda, retail, food, ITC e industriale. Ha maturato una significativa esperienza nella redazione e negoziazione di una vasta gamma di contratti commerciali complessi, con specializzazione nei settori delle nuove tecnologie e del diritto farmaceutico, nonché nel contenzioso concernente in particolare il diritto industriale, la responsabilità da prodotto, azioni di garanzia, la pubblicità e la concorrenza sleale. Beatrice è membro di associazioni di settore quali l'AIPPI (Associazione Internazionale per la Protezione della Proprietà Intellettuale) ed è stata nominata Delegata per due bienni consecutivi (2008/09 e 2010/11) nel Comitato Europeo dell'INTA (International Trademark Association) che si occupa di importazioni parallele. Chambers Europe, nel 2008, l'ha qualificata tra i professionisti italiani degni di nota che si occupano di proprietà intellettuale.

Beatrice is a Partner based in Milan and is head of the Commercial department of the Italian firm. Her practice focuses on commercial law and litigation, advising multinational clients (including various Fortune 50’s listed companies active in the Food, Life Science, Retail, Fashion and IT  sectors) on both contentious and non-contentious issues, in their ordinary and extraordinary business dealings. She regularly advises on cross-border transactions and has a specialization in product liability, consumer law, advertising, IP, antitrust and unfair competition matters.

She has developed significant expertise in the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements for the deployment of the different distribution channels of international retailers in Italy, including franchise and the set-up of customer care services.  She advises and defends clients active in the food sector in relation to labelling, IP, product liability issues and consumers claims.

Beatrice has gained significant experience with multinational clients, participating in groups of multi-jurisdictional lawyers in the role of project manager for Italy. In 2000, she worked as a foreign associate in a primary London firm and in 2001 at Cravath Swaine & Moore in Manhattan, New York. 

She is a member of AIPPI (the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and INTA and has been appointed as Delegate for two consecutive two-year periods (2008/09 & 2010/11) on the EU Committee concerning Parallel Import of INTA (International Trademark Association).

Sha was singled out for mention in recent issues of the Dispute Resolution Section of Legal 500, as an expert contentious lawyer with “specific knowledge of her clients’ industrial sectors” (Legal 500 2017) and for being a lawyer who ‘deals with complex legal situations in a simple and straightforward way’ (Legal 500 2018) and who “has the capacity to immediately find and focus on the key elements of an issue and guide the client through very complex situations in a simple and comprehensible way” (Legal 500 2019 ).
