Jens Binding is Counsel at Eversheds Sutherland Düsseldorf and part of the tax team.

He advises fund investors and fund manager with respect to different types of investments funds.

Jens also advises financial institutions and institutional investors with respect to other complex financial instruments.

He has many years of experiences in the financial sectors as a lawyer as well as an in-house manager.

It is his passion to creating a legal framework for innovative ideas to match investor demand with business needs.

Jens is lawyer, certified German tax advisor and graduated with a Master of Science degree from the Mannheim Business School.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland Jens was Vice President at Tier 1 Bank responsible for operational taxes EMEA.
