Michael is Head of Corporate in our Manchester office and a member of our UK and European corporate leadership group. He is a highly experienced partner who advises public and private company clients on acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and financing projects.

Michael has been consistently ranked as a Tier 1 expert in the Chambers Guide and the Legal 500. Michael’s corporate clients operate in a variety of sectors, including aerospace engineering, telecoms, chemicals, business services, healthcare and real estate.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2019 Michael was a corporate partner and head of the Manchester corporate group at Addleshaw Goddard LLP.
