Tom is a partner in the Corporate Occupiers team of our Real Estate practice group.

He specialises in all types of corporate occupier real estate work including acquisitions, sales and leasebacks, disposals, landlord and tenant work and corporate transactions.

Tom's recent experience includes:

  • Acting on the disposal of 333 pubs as part of a portfolio sale
  • Acting for an international client on the acquisition of its new Head Office
  • Acting on the sale of a controlling stake in a company with a 175 branch network
