Practice notes

Mike is a Principal Associate in our Corporate Group and advises on a broad range of domestic and international M&A transactions.

Mike has considerable experience advising on private equity matters and regularly acts for sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies across a range of sectors.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in January 2021, Mike worked for nearly ten years at a leading law firm in London where he trained. Mike has also spent time on secondment at a large international corporate.
