Jan is an experienced Partner and head of the Swedish Construction and Reconstruction and Insolvency Groups, specializing in commercial contracts, with a main focus towards plant and construction and international projects, and an expert on reconstruction and insolvency related matters. Jan is a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2014.

Jan’s main focus is advice on national and multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts (including EPCI and turnkey projects) and reconstruction and insolvency related issues. Jan also advises on all types of business to business agreements, such as commercial agency, distribution, purchase and supply, consultancy and services.
