Benjamin Blum is an Associate in the Real Estate practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

His area of activity includes advising clients on all aspects of tenancy law and commercial tenancy law as well as providing support in contract negotiations.

In addition, he is a trained business mediator.

Benjamin Blum studied law at the University of Passau. He obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. Subsequently, he successfully completed his legal traineeship at Passau Regional Court.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Benjamin worked in the Real Estate practice group of a renowned law firm in Munich.
