Lisa is an associate in our finance practice.

Lisa acts on a range of finance transactions focusing predominantly on multi-jurisdictional leveraged finance and corporate financing. She acts for both borrowers and lenders.

Her recent experience includes:

  • acting for a syndicate of lenders in respect of an £170,000,000 term and revolving credit facility agreement involving multiple jurisdictions;
  • acting for a sponsor putting in place £105,000,000 term and revolving facilities to fund the acquisition of a leading international connectivity provider; and
  • acting for a large corporate borrower putting in place a £35,000,000 CLBILS facility.
