James is a principal associate in our corporate group. He has experience in a broad range of both domestic and multi-jurisdictional corporate work, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and general advisory matters, with a particular focus on financial services M&A.

James’s recent experience includes advising:

  • Cynergy Capital Limited on its £103m acquisition of Bank of Cyprus UK
  • Sinclair Pharma on its £166m recommended takeover offer by Huadong Medicine Co
  • The management team of CRF Health on its sale to Genstar Capital
