Practice notes

Sam is an Associate and Solicitor-Advocate in our litigation and dispute management practice group.

He regularly advises clients across a range of sectors on corporate and commercial disputes and reputation management issues, and has experience of acting in high value, complex High Court proceedings for both Claimants and Defendants.

Sam has a pragmatic and user-friendly style, and delivers commercially focused advice which supports clients in achieving their objectives. His approach is informed by the valuable experience which he gained as a secondee to the in-house litigation team of one of the UK’s largest telecommunications companies.
