Practice notes

Victoria is a Principal Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team in Birmingham. Victoria has a broad experience and works on a mix of high value domestic and cross-border disputes, and works regularly with some of our key clients in the Aerospace, Automotive and Water Sectors.

Victoria’s recent experience includes acting for a utilities provider in respect of a high value dispute arising out of a business disposal, acting for an engineering construction company in the Edinburgh Tram Inquiry and acting for a FTSE 100 company on its liability to customers as a result of product durability issues. Victoria has also undertaken a long term secondment where she led a project to investigate, advise and settle over 30 multi-jurisdictional disputes. Victoria is also a member of our UK Civil Fraud Team and often advises clients on anti-bribery and corruption compliance. Outside of Eversheds Sutherland, Victoria is a Director of the Midlands Fraud Forum.

Victoria was identified as an “Acritas Star” lawyer in 2018 and is described by clients as delivering “excellent, succinct, commercial and pragmatic advice”. Victoria was also a finalist in the legal category for Birmingham Young Professional of the Year in 2019.
