Dr. Jan Caßelmann is an Associate in the Labour and Employment Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Hamburg.

His activities include advising and representing national and international companies in labour and employment law matters.

He advises clients on all questions of individual and collective labour law.

Jan Caßelmann studied law at Georg-August University in Göttingen and obtained his doctoral thesis (Dr. iur.) at the Institute for Agricultural Law (Institut für Landwirtschaftsrecht, ILR) in 2020. He completed his legal traineeship at Celle Higher Regional Court. During his traineeship, he worked for large international law firms in Hamburg in labour and employment law practice groups. Since 2022, Jan has been admitted as lawyer.
