Paul is a Partner specialising in banking matters, including refinancings and work-outs, real estate finance, acquisition/leveraged finance and education finance, advising banks and other financial institutions, large listed and private companies and education institutions on a variety of funding and treasury matters, including bilateral and syndicated loans, intercreditor arrangements and security documentation.

His work is split evenly between acting for borrowers and all of the major UK lending banks, with particular expertise in cross-border transactions.
