Practice notes

Vanessa is a Senior Associate in HRPG. Since her qualification in 2009, she has dealt with contentious matters for unfair dismissal, discrimination and a high profile multiple claimant equal pay claim on behalf of a public sector client.

Vanessa also advises clients in relation to non-contentious matters and her main specialisms are TUPE, the employment aspects of business acquisitions and disposals and large scale restructures. Vanessa also specialises in equal pay and gender pay gap reporting.
