Practice notes

Polly is a Senior Associate in Eversheds’ Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on debt capital market transactions, bilateral and syndicated lending transactions, securitisation projects and acquisition financing. Before joining Eversheds, Polly practised law with another leading international law firm in Hong Kong.

Polly obtained her Bachelor of Laws from University of Hong Kong and is qualified to practise law in Hong Kong and New York. She has worked in Scotland, Beijing and Hong Kong.

Her recent experience includes, advising a Chinese SOE that is currently listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as borrower in a club loan transaction with various international banks as lenders; advising a bank with strong presence in southeast Asia as lender in numerous bilateral and syndicated loan transactions; advising an international financial institution in a fund project in Hong Kong; assisting in a PRC-centric securitisation; advising a Chinese banks in various issuance of structured products; and assisting in several restructuring projects.
