Pawel is a Senior Associate in the Competition, Regulatory and Trade Group which advises on a wide range of competition law matters including behavioural competition work, such as investigations and competition compliance; merger control issues under domestic and EU competition law regimes; and the application of competition law to commercial agreements and trading practices.

Pawel has previous experience of working in legal divisions of the European Investment Bank and the European Parliament, and has also worked in-house for a large manufacturer in the food & drinks sector.

Winners of the Global Competition Review award for behavioural matter of the year (Europe). This was for the creative, strategic and innovative work carried out in a non-merger matter before an enforcer in Europe.
