Christian è specializzato in diritto commerciale e societario e fornisce assistenza ad aziende nazionali e multinazionali nel settore M&A e nella gestione degli adempimenti societari.
Ha inoltre maturato specifiche esperienze nell'ambito della responsabilità amministrativa degli enti ai sensi del D.Lgs. 231/2001.
Christian ha conseguito un Master in Business Law presso la Business School de Il Sole 24 Ore di Milano.

E’ abilitato all’esercizio della professione forense in Italia.

Christian specializes in commercial and corporate law and has experience of assisting domestic and multinational companies in M&A matters and in day-to-day corporate matters.
He has also a specific experience in criminal liability of legal entities assisting major Italian companies in drafting and implementing compliance programs pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Christian obtained a Master of Laws Degree in Business Law from Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore of Milan.

He has been admitted to the Italian Bar.
