Julie is a Senior Associate in the Human Resources Practice Group. She trained at Eversheds, working in the Corporate Tax, Company Commercial, Real Estate and Employment departments, and qualified in September 2009. She now specialises in Employment and Labour Law, dealing with both contentious and non contentious matters.

Julie has experience in advising clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters. Julie's recent experience includes advising on business reorganisations; advising on employee severances including the negotiation of compromise agreements and advising on employment tribunal claims covering issues such as unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination claims.

Julie also has experience advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures and absence management procedures, along with the preparation of contractual documentation and company handbooks and policies. Julie has also worked closely with clients to deliver in-house training for managers on updates in the law.
